In 1989 a group of friends finds a means of expression thanks to the hip-hop movement newly arrived in France
After dancing and graffiti, Joey Starr and Kool Shen began to write rap lyrics imbued with the anger that simmered in the suburbs. Thus, iconic hip-hop band Suprême NTM was born! Their feverish rhythms and their revolted texts soon galvanised the crowds and … to clash with the authorities.
