GRAND OPENING AT LOTHIAN CHAMBERS HOSTED BY EMMANUEL COCHER, Consul General de France à Edimbourg et Glasgow

French Film Festival UK’s Edinburgh launch saw actor Félix Kysyl travel from Paris on Air France to present Michel Hazanavicius’s Redoubtable at its Scottish premiere at Filmhouse preceded by a reception at the new premises of Institut Français d’Ecosse in Lothian Chambers hosted by Emmanuel Cocher, Consul General of France in Edinburgh and Glasgow, and Marie Vassallo, the Deputy Consul General.

Attendees included film editor Andrew Dunn from The Skinny and newspaper columnist Siobhan Synnot; author Ron Butlin; members of the Franco Scottish Society; Lise Morel from Edilang.com; Martine Pierquin and Marion Schmid (University of Edinburgh); Edouard Notte (University of Edinburgh and Wallonie Bruxelles); designer Emma Quinn, FFF deputy director Ilona Morison and many more.
