Special Side Events with the Screening of SPEAK UP

JOUTES LITTERAIRES / DEBATING COMPETITION

To mark the screening of Speak Up, the University of Edinburgh French Department is holding a student debating competition in French. The winners will be announced before the screening of
the film on 15 November at 17:00, Room LG.09, DHT/50, 55 George Square, EDINBURGH. The screening is open to all.
The students will have been prepared for this by their French lecteurs throughout the term. You cannot but be fired up by the astonishing enthusiasm of the young men and women in the film and we look forward to this new collaboration with the University of Edinburgh.

 

SPECIAL SCREENING AT ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE, GLASGOW

French Film Festival Chair James Steel will introduce the screening at the Alliance française , 3 Park Circus, Glasgow G3 6AX, Glasgow. The event is free but ticketed.
